Bridget brings over 20 years of advisory experience across law, investment, and organisational development. She’s worked with startups, global brands, not-for-profits, family businesses, and boards.

Before consulting, she was a lawyer specialising in employment and contract law. She also represented New Zealand in hockey; an experience that shaped her values around focus, discipline, and teamwork.
